The Process
If you have any questions or would like more information about the procedure, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email.
You will receive a free individual consultation with the surgeon, where your needs and expectations will be discussed, a personalised treatment plan will be prepared, and you will receive a tailored price quotation.
During your consultation, we will discuss your expectations, desired results and the most suitable treatment options for you. The surgeon will explain the procedure, preparation and recovery process, as well as what you can expect from your results.
You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions and receive clear, professional answers.
On the day of your procedure, everything will be carefully prepared to ensure you feel calm, comfortable and confident. Our medical team will support you throughout the entire process, from your arrival at the clinic until the end of your procedure.
Before surgery, the surgeon will review your treatment plan, discuss the final details and answer any last questions you may have.
Your recovery is an important part of your journey, and our team remains by your side throughout the entire process. From the first days after surgery, we stay in contact, answer your questions and provide guidance whenever needed.
Even after you leave the clinic, you are never left alone – we remain available to support you throughout your recovery.

A large bust is not always an advantage – many women experience back pain, physical and emotional discomfort, especially during sports or other physical activities. Over time, breasts may lose firmness and change shape. For these reasons, more and more women are choosing breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty. This procedure not only makes daily life easier but also improves overall quality of life – providing more energy, better well-being, and, most importantly, restoring self-confidence.
Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is performed on patients who experience physical or psychological discomfort due to excessively large breasts. This procedure is also commonly performed on women whose breasts have lost their shape due to aging or breastfeeding. During the procedure, excess skin and tissue are removed, the nipples are repositioned, and the size and shape of the breasts are reduced and improved. Additionally, the areolas may also be reduced if needed. Breast reduction can be combined with a breast lift or performed if the size of the breasts differs from one side to the other.
Like any surgical procedure, breast reduction carries some risk of complications, including: bleeding, allergic reactions, infection, fluid accumulation (seroma), pain, decreased nipple sensitivity, capsular contracture (scar tissue forming around the nipple).
Breast reduction is commonly requested by patients whose disproportionately large breasts cause neck or back pain, make it difficult to engage in sports, or hinder everyday activities. In addition to physical discomfort, patients often experience psychological distress and reduced self-confidence. A smaller breast size can greatly improve overall well-being and quality of life. It’s important to note that breast reduction is not recommended for women who plan to breastfeed in the future, as the surgery may damage the ducts between the nipple and mammary glands.
Breast reduction is performed under general anesthesia and typically takes about 3 hours. The surgeon selects the most suitable technique based on each patient’s individual case. The most common techniques for breast reduction are: Anchor reduction – performed when inverted T-shaped incisions are needed, usually for patients who require significant tissue removal. Vertical reduction – used when a smaller amount of tissue needs to be removed, leaving fewer scars. This procedure not only reduces the size of the breasts but also provides them with a more proportional and youthful appearance.
